Got a decent deal on MJ

I was looking for tickets to "MJ The Musical" and found Broadway.com. I compared prices with a few other sites and their offer code for matinee tickets saved me a good chunk of change. The booking was easy enough, and I felt like I got good value for what I paid. Definitely worth checking for deals if you're on a budget.

Good seats, high fees

I got great mezzanine seats for "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child." The booking process was straightforward, and the tickets arrived by email promptly. However, the service fees felt a bit steep, adding a noticeable amount to the total. It would be nice if those were clearer upfront or slightly reduced. Overall, a solid experience, but the fees are a minor drawback.

Got tickets for Lion King

Decided to get tickets for "The Lion King" on a whim. The site was pretty simple to use. Found some good seats for a Wednesday evening show. Everything went fine, got the e-tickets right away. No drama, which is always good. Just a straightforward way to get show tickets.

Always reliable for tickets

I've used Broadway.com several times now, and they're consistently good. Just got tickets for "Hadestown" again, and the process was smooth, same as when I booked "Hamilton" last year. No surprises, which I appreciate. They deliver exactly what they promise.

Do I have to print my tickets for a show like Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, or can I just show my phone?

M Mark Lopez 3 days ago
Most places let you just show your phone with the e-ticket now. I haven't printed in ages.

Usually, an e-ticket on your phone is fine. I'd double-check the specific venue's policy just in case, but generally, Broadway shows are cool with mobile tickets.

Anyone know how the student discount works? Trying to catch a matinee of Hadestown but don't want to pay full price.

D Danielle Ramirez 3 weeks ago
I think you usually have to show your student ID at the box office or something. Not sure if it's an online code thing.

They do have student discounts for some shows, but it's not always a code. Sometimes it's specific performances. Check the show page or try searching for student offers directly.

Hey, thinking of getting tickets for Hamilton next month. Are the tickets from Broadway.com legit or should I be worried about fakes?

O Olivia G. 1 week ago
Yeah, they're definitely legit. Used them for Wicked last year and had no problems getting in.

Totally fine, I've bought from them for years, never had an issue with fake tickets. They're reliable.

Anyone ever tried to cancel tickets after buying them? My plans might change for MJ The Musical and I'm a bit nervous.

D Daniel Perez 19 hours ago
Unless the show gets cancelled, I'm pretty sure once you buy them, you're kinda stuck. Always read the fine print.

I had to cancel once when a show got postponed, but for just changing my mind? I don't think they do refunds or cancellations. Might be able to exchange for a different date if you're lucky and call them.

What's the deal with their 'offer codes'? Can I stack them or use a regular coupon with one? Trying to get a good deal on Book of Mormon.

J Jessica H. 2 weeks ago
Nah, from my experience, it's usually one code per order. They're more like specific show promos.

N Nathan Wright 2 weeks ago
Yeah, they mostly have 'offer codes' for certain shows or dates, not like a site-wide coupon you can combine. You just enter it at checkout.
